Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions for a period of five years from the date of purchase.

    Proof of Purchase

    All warranty claims require valid proof of purchase, including date of purchase and product details. Retain your invoice for warranty purposes.

    Professional Installation

    DIG recommends professional installation by qualified technicians. Improper installation may void the warranty. Installation guides are available in our Downloads section.

    Geographic Coverage

    Warranty coverage applies globally. Claims should be submitted through the original point of purchase or directly to DIG.

    Limitation of Liability

    DIG's liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products. DIG is not liable for installation costs, consequential damages, or losses arising from product failure.
